Do you ever experience nights where your mind will just not quiet down? Or maybe you wake up and can’t get back to sleep because the committee upstairs is now reminding you of all the things you need to get done when you really wake up?

“Hello committee, I am awake, thanks to you.”

If you are like me you have tried everything… melatonin, CBD, sleep meditations, new pillows.

In the stack of health focus areas: Diet, Exercise, and Sleep, sleep is the most important. Yet it is highly discounted and sacrificed for ‘getting things done. Aiming to attain a restful night’s sleep is a great aim whose effects will ripple into all areas of your life.

Recently I discovered a magic formula that has led to 12 nights in a row of absolute restful sleep. No mind chatter, no waking up to pee, no middle of the night worry sessions for 12 straight nights.

So I want to share. I hope this helps you too.

I committed to drinking a full gallon of water before 7 pm.

I committed to working out HARD every day for 45 minutes (twice a day). Yes, it’s a crazy workout schedule.

I committed to half the caffeine intake

AND

I cut out dairy. ( yep, no cheese, creamer, or yogurt)

The results have been tremendous. Clear thinking, major focus, energy for days, and increased self-confidence. And BOY HOWDY am I Happy!

So what really did the trick? What really suited down the mind and helped me sleep so well? I am not 100% sure because I am working all of the above commitments.

Maybe one thing did it, maybe all.

What I DO know is I FEEL AMAZING!!
