Happy Fathers Day

The masculine energy in our lives often represents the foundation of certainty from which we can grow. Whether the person, or persons, in your life are a father, a mother, older siblings or that strong place within your own soul that has you know you are strong, capable, and resilient, masculine energy is our rock.

My father was my rock.

Growing up he worked hard to support our family and found time to teach my brother and I have a love for adventure, nature, and contribution.

Our spontaneous trips to the beach, state park, river, or nature sanctuary became precious memories that hallmark his energy in my mind.

Who I became because of my father:

•   A business-minded entrepreneur
•   Focused on results, growth, and serving others
•   An open heart ready to lend a helping hand
•   Creative and willing to try new things often
•   A comedian ready with the one-liner, new joke, or appropriate pun
•   A mother who absolutely loves her family
•   A strong defender of truth and what is right
•   A gentle soul able to be taken care of and here to take care of others

The list could go on.

Today we reflect on our gratitude for the fathers in our lives, for the masculine energy that has contributed to our care, growth, and character.

Who have you become because of the fathers in your life?
Who could you send a note of appreciation to today for how they have impacted your life?

Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads among us.

And a note to the Dads…. Thank you for allowing yourself to be loved, appreciated, and held.

From this daughter of William Kenneth Hamer, I send you all a huge hug!

XOXO - Tina Marie
